Terms of service

1. General Terms
- I only draw human characters.
- I accept commissions for fan art and original characters (OCs).
- I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.
- All works are created in my own style and will not be direct copies of other artists.
- The client is responsible for providing proper references and having the rights to the characters.2. Process
- The completion time is up to 30 days from the start of the project.
- You can choose to receive a preliminary sketch for feedback or keep the result as a surprise.
- I offer up to 2 free rounds of revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions will require extra payment.
- The final work is delivered in PNG format (with and without background).3. Payment
- Payments are processed through the VGen / Ko-fi / Paypal platform.
- Full prepayment is required before I begin working on your order.
- Full payment is expected within 48 hours from the moment you requested a slot.
- The client covers the cost of the commission for the transfer and use of VGen - 10% or Ko-fi via donation / PayPal 3%.4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Do you want to make a refund before you receive the sketch (after the first transfer, from the customer to the artist, the work is considered started)?
Refund of 70% of the money actually received to the wallet (minus the service fee, not set by me, but in fact, of the first transfer, from the customer to the artist. The cost of the next, actual service fee is not compensated (artist to the customer). Upon request, I send information about the first and last transfer from the payment system to your email/personal messages.
- Refund after receiving the sketch, even if the option was not agreed upon, and you received it in correspondence or by mail - refunds are not available.
- Refunds are not possible after the commission is completed and delivered.
- I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time with a full / partial refund (for personal reasons).5. Usage Policy
- The commissioned work is for personal use only.
- Commercial use is not allowed without my consent or additional payment for commercial rights (merchandise, advertising, etc.), With mandatory use of credits.
- I reserve the right to post the finished work in my portfolio and on my social media. If you prefer the work to remain private, an additional privacy fee applies.
- You are allowed to make changes to the work (filters, cropping, editing).6. Copyright
- I retain the copyright for the created artwork.
- By default, you receive rights for personal use.
- You may use the artwork commercially only if:
1. You paid for commercial rights during the ordering process.
2. You contacted me via my social media or email ([email protected]) and received permission under the current terms.
- You cannot claim the artwork as your own creation.
- When sharing the work on social media, please credit me as the artist by tagging me or providing a link to my profile.7. Communication
- All communication and updates regarding your order will be handled through VGen / Ko-fi / mail / twitter / instagram / bluesky / discord.
